This policy describes how SolarAgent processes the personal data of website and product users, and the professional company data included in lists and campaigns.

(a) Website and product users: account, contact and usage data, to provide the service, handle requests and improve the product. (b) Professional company data included in lists and campaigns: corporate address, website, phone and email, processed on the basis of the legitimate interest set out in article 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD for business-to-business prospecting.
3. Source of company data
Public and generally accessible sources, combined with our own satellite imagery analysis.
4. Recipients
Installers who purchase a package, who become data controllers for the delivered data, and technology providers that supply hosting, email and analytics services to SolarAgent.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Company data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the service and manage the suppression list.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you do not wish to receive commercial communications, say so at the same address or use the opt-out link in every email; it will be handled immediately and your address added to the suppression list.
7. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies required for it to work and, if you accept them, analytics cookies to measure product usage.
